London born, Birmingham based make-up artist Clare Lee has always loved faces. Her first memories of make–up are putting her mother’s green concealer on her lips and perpetually ‘wearing’ and carrying about a used purple eye shadow bought for 5p from a jumble sale. Thankfully, this is not a look she persisted with into adulthood.

Clare draws on aspects of art, fashion design, Oriental, European and classical theatre and everyday people to inspire her make-up work.
